Australian-based musician Jeff Lang has earned worldwide acclaim as a virtuosic guitarist, a dynamic songwriter and a startlingly unique live performer. With a back catalogue of 15 studio albums, Jeff has been featured at major festivals, pubs, clubs, arts centres and venues internationally for the past decade. Blending rock, roots, folk, blues, ballads, instrumentals, improvisation and a devastatingly high level of musicality, Jeff Lang is a singularly unique performer in our world.

Jeff’s last album Alone In Bad Company presents the most organic union of Lang’s talents and influences yet, filled with exquisitely sung stories and melodies demonstrating that he is nothing if not a lover of song. Each track on the album is rendered such that an alternative approach is unimaginable and each time Lang steps up to solo, his hard-won style is unmistakable – fluid but with an edge-of-the-seat recklessness. 

After 2 years of lockdowns in Melbourne, Jeff embarked on a new project with wife Alison Ferrier. Together as High Ace, they quickly stumbled upon a unique and almost magical song-writing method: deciphering strange incantations played in reverse, and what the unusual, twisting cadences of those vocalisations were telling them.
