Leopard Lake

Hailing from Western Australia, atmospheric electro-pop group Leopard Lake is a collaboration between Perth producer Sam Ford (Pond, Abbe May) and vocalist Storm Wyness.

Created and recorded in Ford's Perth home studio, Leopard Lake is built on explosive and hazy electronic production spliced with atmospheric guitar music creating a unique pairing with Storm's raw and melodic vocals.

Starting out strong Leopard Lake's debut Thinking Of You is full of an independent attitude that sets Wyness and Ford apart from the crowd. "Thinking of You" offers listeners a subtle, defiant tune dripping with electronic attitude that spirals into pounding resilience, spliced with the unique pairing of Storm's raw, melodic vocals.

Having just released their second single "Further", leans into influence from contemporary classics like Stranger Things creating a soft concept-track. "Further" brings the warm vocals of Storm Wyness to the centre, shedding the synthetic touches of last single "Thinking Of You" to create a more organic sound.
